Great for bbqs, steaks and roast or grilled meats. I’ve also started mixing it with yoghurt which makes a great salad dressing š
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
- 1 bunch of mint
- 4 cloves of garlic
- half a red onion, diced
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional if you like the heat)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add a dash more olive oil at the end if you need to loosen it up a bit more š
