Great for bbqs, steaks and roast or grilled meats. I’ve also started mixing it with yoghurt which makes a great salad dressing šŸ™‚

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of flat leaf parsley
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • half a red onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional if you like the heat)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add a dash more olive oil at the end if you need to loosen it up a bit more šŸ™‚
